Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel offers two choices of buffet breakfast at reasonable prices. The rooms are like small cottages with individual patios, and on our second visit, we stayed in an upstairs room in the main building at a fair price. The service, while not calling housekeeping, resulted in a helpful solution of a free night and breakfast from a couple of high school kids who may have lacked some training in customer service skills. The location is on the Chena river, close to Fred Meyers, and beautiful by the river, although it may look different from their website. The dining experience was excellent with lots of choices, priced around $14.95 per person. Overall, the hotel offers a cozy atmosphere with good services and amenities at a fair price.
The hotel rooms were more basic than expected, but still comfy and clean. The service was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond, especially with shuttle assistance. The location was convenient and perfect to access various amenities. The dining experience had its ups and downs in terms of quality and pricing. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice, but the limited TV channels with no sound were a downside. Booking in advance at a fair price was a positive aspect.
